What Is Your Perfect Fit Guarantee?
Before you begin your exchange process, please make sure to send us an email at info@candyboxlove.com and include your order number in the subject line.  Once you confirm that your order is eligible for a return,  ship back your entire purchase in its new, unworn condition including all tags within 30 days of delivery. Items cannot be dirty, damaged or incomplete (e.g. a bra and panty set missing the panty) and they must be received within 30 days after delivery, otherwise they will not be accepted.

Final sale items are eligible to be exchanged for the same product while supplies last. Exchanged items are not subject to a restocking fee.

Please allow 30 days for us to process your request upon receipt.



Candyboxx has partnered with major international shipping companies namely DHL, UPS, FedEx and USPS to offer the best shipping prices. 

The shipping cost is a flat-rate option.  It is very important to provide accurate shipping information in your order. Please be aware that the shipping companies do not deliver to a P. O. Box address and we are not responsible for any return due to wrong shipping address provided.

We offer FLAT RATE Shipping as below: 

United States and Canada

  • All orders over $65: FREE
  • Orders under $65: $7

    Most of our products are shipping from the United States, except in cases where Candyboxx has exclusive partnerships with leading European manufacturers. Depending on the country, a custom duty may be imposed by the local custom of the destination countries. Custom duty is the responsibility of the customers. 



    • We are unable to accept merchandise where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed or the price tag has been removed.
    • Due to the hygienic nature of our merchandise,  all returned items must be in their original state, deemed to be unworn with tags attached, or be defective to be accepted for a refund.
    • As to bikinis, bra sets or other sets, we only accept returns on the entire set not one part or partial sets. 
    • Sales and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged (except for damaged or wrong items).
    • Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take longer to process.

    How Long does it Take to Process an Exchange or a Return?
    After you have processed your exchange or return, you'll receive both a print return label and voucher code(s). If you wish to exchange, simply use your voucher code(s) to replace the order with anything on the website or the same item in a different size. The voucher code(s) will cover the cost of any full priced item on the website.     Returns are typically processed within three weeks from you dropping the package in the mail. Please note that the warehouse will contact you with the refund details once they have received and processed your order.

    Will I Be Refunded The Full Order Value? 
    Full priced items may be returned for a full refund but are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee per each returned lingerie set or equivalent.
